1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and get your payment excluded postage cost if listing offered free shipping.  

2. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery.

3. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

4. The cost of returning the item to us is buyer’s responsibility and arrangements of refund will be made by buyer.

5. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
